Today this speech is still a dream unless we as a people continue to fight for our freedom and work together!!! We can't wait for someone to hand us anything, because it's not going to happen. Out of all the ethic groups we are the only one that no nation will give what's own to us. We're the only ethic groups that is mentioned in the Constitution, ("that we shall received 48 arces and a mule") and we never received that and if we a a people ask for it these white supremacy will say this " you guys always asking for something for free work for it" guess what our ancestors didn't ask to come here to  be treated lower then a animal and become slaves! But the others ethic groups can received restitution or reparation and they never build this country. That been said we have to fight by using their own laws against them!! WAKE UP MY PEOPLE!!!

Its nod to all that is sacred in American political culture, from the founding fathers to the American dream, makes it patriotic ("I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed, 'We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.'"). It sets bigotry against colour-blindness while prescribing no route map for how we get from one to the other. ("I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists… little black boys and little black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.")
